You built a successful business.

The next phase is defining how you live and lead.

Self-leadership for established window covering and design business owners — for the part of you ready to lead with intention instead of running on instinct.

This is a different phase of leading.

You know that. You've felt it for a while.

The instinct that built this — the same instinct that made you indispensable — is no longer the one that leads what comes next.

Not because you're doing it wrong. Because it demands a different version of you.

This is for established owners. Not for early stage builders.

This work is for you if:

The start-up phase is behind you. The business is generating consistently, and the foundation is in place.

You've already tried better systems, smarter hires, maybe another coach. The pressure keeps coming back

You know the shift you're after isn't operational — it's how you're leading yourself.

You're ready to lead differently.

This work isn't for you if:

You're still in the start-up phase. The structure this work redesigns isn't in place yet.

You're looking for tactical lifts. Marketing, sales, lead generation. That's excellent work, but it's not this work.

The bottleneck isn't a business problem.

It's what happens when the business gets built without a clear vision for the life it was meant to support.

You've been leading by reaction. By instinct. By whatever the day put in front of you. That's how you got here. It's also what's keeping you in the middle of everything — and the life on the other side just out of reach.

Self-leadership is leading yourself first. So the business gets led from a clear vision, not from default.

The Wise Mind Leadership Blueprint™

The framework that closes the gap between the life you want and how you're currently leading.

Future Vision & Values

Most owners run toward “less pressure” without ever defining what they're running toward. We start with clarity on the life you actually want — and what the business needs to look like to make room for it.

Interference Awareness

The internal patterns quietly running the business — over-responsibility, identity fusion, the belief that everything depends on you. Until they're visible, no system or hire will hold.

Path & Process

Where vision becomes operational. The leadership rhythms, decision frameworks, and structure that translate intention into how you run your week. You leave with a written path that lives inside the business — not a feeling that fades...

Two places to start:

The VIP Day

A focused, one-day strategic intensive — virtual or in-person. We work through Vision, Interference, and the start of Path & Process in a single day. You leave with clarity on a defined leadership challenge and a structured next step. Best for owners who already have momentum and need a sharp, focused intervention.

The Three-Month Engagement

Three months minimum, often extended. Biweekly or monthly 1:1 calls, with direct access between sessions for the moments that matter. You leave with your written Path & Process — the operating structure that lets you lead the business without holding it together.

What's expected of you: honest engagement and the willingness to look at patterns you may have spent years not looking at. That's the only requirement.

"Else has been a key factor in helping guide us through "what's next" as we keep looking down the road. ” Tim Sanders, Solar Shield Blinds

Before either path, we talk.

A 45-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure, no slide deck. An honest look at where you are, what you've already tried, and whether this work is the right way forward.

If it's a fit, we'll talk through which path makes sense — VIP Day or three-month engagement — and scope from there. If it's not, I'll tell you what I'd suggest instead.

Either way, you leave with more clarity than you arrived with

What this work is really about.

Not more strategy. Not more tactics. Not another program of frameworks to consume.

It's redesigning how you live and lead — so the business gets built around the life you want, instead of the other way around.

The questions worth asking.

How is this different from every other coach I've considered?

Most coaching optimizes what's already there — more systems, better delegation, tighter operations. That work has its place. It doesn't change why the same patterns keep showing up under every new system. This work is industry-specific (thirty years inside window coverings and design before I started doing this), grounded in behavioral science, and built around self-leadership. The business gets redesigned because you do — not the other way around.

The business is working. Why now?

Because the trajectory is already set. The question isn't whether the business is working — it is. The question is whether the way you're leading it is going to give you the life you wanted from it. The owners who do this work while things are already working get the most out of it. Room to design intentionally, instead of reacting under pressure.

Not sure you're ready?

That's what the conversation is for. Book it and we'll sort out what “not ready” really means.
